'RE' Milli Volt Drop Test Sets designed to deliver output current 0-100 amps having least count of 0.1 amp and Milli volt meter range 0-2000 milli volts.  The equipment shall be complete with the following:-

The Front Panel consists of 

• ON-OFF Switch Fuse

• Input on Indicator

• Input Fuse

• Push button to actuate output voltage

• Output on Indicator

• Push button to control output

• Knob to control output current

• 48 x 96 sq mm 3 ½ digital type volt meter to indicate the output voltage

• 48 x 96 sq mm 3 ½ digital type, ampere meter to indicate output current.

• 48 x 96 4 ½ digit milli volt meter having range 0-2000 milli volt with 3mtr lead.

The equipment shall be mounted on trolley having arrangement to draw out the Millivolt meter for hand application. 
The unit comes with a servo stabiliser to maintain output voltage / Current as set.
The whole unit shall be portable and mounted on MS trolley with foot switch.
The total consumption of the equipment shall be within 1500 W.  .

Following test shall be carried out at our works:- 

1. Megger Test at 500 V of the whole unit above 2 M ? ohms

2. 2 KV High Voltage Test Set

3. Open Circuit test

4. Short circuit test at full load current for  1 hour - 450 C above ambient

5. Operation test and interlock test

6. Calibration of Voltmeter, Ampere meter and Mill voltmeter with our standard make.
